Respect is the basic rule of this race; respect for oneself, for the judges, volunteers, runners and spectators alike.

In exactly the same way respect for the environment becomes basic; respect the fauna and flora.

Keeping within the specified area will help avoid irreversible damage and erosion to the area.

Solidarity is another essential value in this type of race; above all we are to help first and foremost any runner who may be in any kind of trouble

This race will take you to the limit; runners will have to look within themselves for resources that they never thought they had. Ultra distance takes a bit of dignity and much of humbleness.
