Both documents must be send through a link that will be enabled for such purpose on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehunmilak.com\">www.ehunmilak.com<\/a> or by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:inskripzioak@ehunmilak.com\">inskripzioak@ehunmilak.com<\/a>. Only the report template provided by the organisation will be accepted. It will be available for download at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehunmilak.com\/en\/medical-certificate\/\">http:\/\/www.ehunmilak.com\/en\/medical-certificate\/<\/a>.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The medical report and the electrocardiogram must be valid for a maximum of one year before the race start date. Both documents must be signed and stamped by a doctor, with their name and license number clearly indicated.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">As the second period of enrolments finishes on the 10th of April, this date will be the deadline for submitting these documents to the organisation.
